August 31st, 2011 A Day At the Track!

Thanks to the Social Committee & Charlie Wheeler, we will be having a luncheon at the Saratoga Race Track.  Instead of meeting at Longfellows we will have boxed lunches & beverages provided at the Festival Tent.

Please sign up at lunch the next couple of weeks if you will be joining us, as there are a limited number of spots for Rotary Members, if there are any spots left you will be able to bring a guest.  The Friday before the meet Jim Doern will send out an email, and it will be a first come, first serve basis to fill the rest of the spots.  There will be free parking for Rotary Members, but you will be responsible for paying the $3.00 general admission price and $12.00 for the boxed lunch.  The Old Saratoga Brewery has also been generous enough to donate Root Beer & their Saratoga Lager for our afternoon outing.  Everyone is welcome to stay the afternoon and enjoy the races!
