Business Meeting
Today is our Business Meeting.  The Club’s Executive Board met on January 21st and approved the following donations for the Club’s consideration:

1)    Saratoga Children’s Theatre in the amount of $1,258.02 for theatrical pipe and drape.

2)    Saratoga Springs First Robotics Team #4254 in the amount of $250.00 to support the building of their competition robot.

3)    Act With Respect Always program in the amount of $250.00 to pay for program supplies, including backpacks and banners.

Major Gift Applications Now Accepted

Applications for the Club’s Major Gift Award are now being accepted.  This year’s budget for the Major Gift is $17,000.00.  The gift may be made to one recipient or broken up into two or more different gifts.  JoAnn Buchas and Vic Cinquino are Co-Chairing the Major Gift Committee.  Please contact them if you have questions – jbuchas@nycap.rr.com and vcinquino@verizon.net.

Rotarians are encouraged to nominate a deserving senior for the Rotary Senior Citizen of the Year Award.  Nominations are due to Sara Dallas by March 15, 2013.

Home Show Committee Needs Your Help!

Starting today, we will be circulating sign-up sheets for this year’s Home Show, and we need your help!


We are looking for every Rotarian to take at least two shifts during the Show from March 1st through March 3rd.  If everyone pulls together, we’ll have plenty of people to get the job done.

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year – by working together, we’ll make it a tremendous success!
