John Kelly is a recently retired Police Investigator from Saratoga Springs Police Dept. During his service to the city, John was the DARE officer assigned to the Saratoga Springs City School District. He then transitioned into the role of School Resource Officer at the high school. John Currently works part time for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, which opened its Capital Region office here in Saratoga in 2011. John’s job is to educate children about the dangers of risky on-line behavior. He is a member of the Capital Region Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force and chairs the Youth Sub Committee. John is a current member of NYSCA – New York State Children’s Alliance. John is responsible for coordinating forensic interviews of children who are suspected to be victims of abuse here in Saratoga County.
