Join us this May as we come together to give back to our community with a hands-on service project along the Spring Run Trail, running parallel to Excelsior Avenue. This important cleanup effort helps preserve one of our city’s natural spaces, ensuring it remains safe, clean and enjoyable for everyone. Volunteers will work together to remove litter and debris from the trail and surrounding areas. The City will provide gloves, bags and coordinate trash pickup, making it easy for all participants to contribute. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow Rotarians, enjoy the outdoors, and make a visible impact in our community. All are welcome, your time and effort will help keep our shared spaces beautiful for residents and visitors alike. |

Saratoga Center for the Family

Derek is the Capital Campaign & Community Engagement Director for Saratoga Center for the Family. The Saratoga Center for the Family works to strengthen children, families, and our community by reducing the effects of abuse, trauma, and family dysfunction through advocacy, education and mental health therapy. The agency was incorporated in 1978 as the Saratoga County Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect and was started as a grass roots response to concerns about child abuse and neglect in Saratoga County. In 1993 the Task force changed its name to Saratoga Center for the Family to reflect the centers commitment to serving not only those who have been abused but to build stronger families and empower individuals with a goal of preventing abuse before it starts. Today the Saratoga Center for the Family provides abuse prevention programs, mental health services, victims' advocacy and is home to the Harriet M. West Child Advocacy Center. |

The 57th Annual Elks Flag Day Parade will be held on Saturday June 13th, 2026, and will honor the 250th birthday of the United States of America. We welcome you to join in the celebration. Participants will be asked to assemble by 11:15 a.m. at their assigned staging area along North Broadway. The parade will step off promptly at 12noon and proceed south along Broadway, through beautiful downtown Saratoga Springs, culminating at Congress Park. |
