The Saratoga County Business Showcase returns on Monday, October 19th, at the Holiday Inn in Saratoga Springs, bringing together businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs, and professionals from across the Capital Region for one of the area's premier networking events. Volunteers are needed to staff the Rotary booth at this event. Please sign up if you are available to help.
24 Oct. 2026 Rotary Service: Pumpkin Roll, Saratoga Fall Fest Oct. 24, 2026 Assist at the annual Saratoga Fall Fest with the "Pumpkin Roll" on Caroline Street. Two pairs of volunteers are needed: one to prep pumpkins (9:30-10:30 am) and a second to hand out coupons to families for ice cream and bowling fun (12:00-3:00 pm). Notes: Dress to be outside and active. Ask for Andrea Mulholland at the Adirondack Trust tent when you arrive at the intersection of Caroline Street and Broadway. Pumpkin prep will involve trimming the stems off small pumpkins, so bring a pocketknife or multi-tool.

Saratoga Rotary's eight volunteers will manage traffic as basket recipients drive into the Fairgrounds. This is a Club service event that can help many people in need of food this Thanksgiving season. Note: Plan to dress for the weather and enjoy being outside and on your feet.
